How do I become a member of Club Clarins?
Join the program for free, by opting in when you shop online or create an account on clarins.co.za. We will give you 100 points when you first join, our welcome treat to get you started! If you already have an account online with us but are unsure if you are a member, review your “My Account” details and ensure you select “YES” on your Club Clarins status.
Can I earn points for purchases made in store?
No, points can only be earned when shopping on www.clarins.co.za
When will my points show in my account?
When you place an order, your points will be allocated to your account. Points acquired will appear in your account but will not be activated for 30 days.
After 30 days, the earned reward points will be released and added to your available reward points balance.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in your account and go to "Rewards > My Points” where you will see the purchase history with all points earned and their status, initially showing your released points and the points you’ve redeemed.
