Apply carefully to the face and body before going out in the sun. Use on dry skin. Re-apply at least every two hours and after bathing. Cover up with a sun hat, T-shirt and sunglasses. Avoid exposure during peak hours of sun intensity, from midday to 4 pm. Do not expose children under 3.
