We have since purchased a full sized bottle each. For me, I use before applying my make up every morning. I use the iris lotion to remove the mask with a cotton pad. My skin just drinks it up and my make up glides on perfectly afterwards. Even my husband commented on me looking younger after a week of use! My teenage daughter has combination oily skin and swears by using this twice a week, she also removes with iris lotion. She uses as part of her bedtime skincare routine and she's had noticeably fewer breakouts, and has left her skin feeling less oily. We both love it.

My husband bought me a clarins gift set containing the SOS Hydra face mask, and I used it up in a week! It helps my very mature, dry skin to feel and look smooth, comfortable and energised. It looks more awake than I feel sometimes. Now I want to use it daily.....that's just me being greedy. But I will still continue to use it 2 or 3 times a week because I can see and feel the benefits. It is now a very established part of my Clarins natural skin care routine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Connie from Great moisturising mask Received a free sample of this mask, I have combination skin which sometimes gets flaky but also gets very oily. This mask helped with the dryness but did not make my skin oily, yay! It's also blue which is kind of weird but helpful as you can see exactly where you've put it unlike other clear moisture masks. Only downside is that the instructions aren't that clear, says wipe off with cotton pad but not sure if that means wash it off, or just rub remaining in?

Rated 5 out of 5 by ID1996 from The best mask I tried this mask as it was gifted to me in a Christmas advent calendar. I am 23, have combination skin with occasional hormonal acne. I never thought too much about hydrating my skin (rather about getting rid of its oiliness) and during lockdown, I started trying new and old skincare products and seeing the impact they made on my skin. I must admit that this mask hydrated my skin very well and my redness and inflammations reduced right the next day. I could not believe my skin could look so even and mattified, and thus far, this is the only mask that hydrates it so well. It may be expensive but compared to other brands, it is very worth spending extra for the impact it makes. Extremely grateful to Clarins!

Rated 2 out of 5 by CYNPHL from Disappointing - was hoping for more rich hydration I used to use the Clarins super hydrating mask (now discontinued) and was looking for a replacement. What I liked about the old mask was you could leave it on (like a sleeping mask) and would wake up with very hydrated skin, especially in the winter. It was also great to use to rehydrate after a long flight. Unfortunately this product does not provide the same high level of hydration, in my experience. Also it's recommended use is to rinse off after 10 minutes instead of rubbing in, so I was reluctant to try it as a sleeping mask, which is what I was hoping form. It may be suitable for folks looking for nice, but not maximal, hydration.

I have used it on a very tired face ( poor sleep the night before) and it gave my face a revamp ! Used it again yesterday after an exhausting week and again got glowing skin. Very impressed. Would buy again.

Usually my skin is peely, dry and sensitive with the odd blemish and I was having a bad flare up when this arrived so I decided to use it straight away to try and put some moisture back into my skin. Straight away I felt soothed. It wasn't greasy at all when usually face masks for dry skin are. When I took it off my skin felt so smooth and silky. I've used it twice and my skin is the clearest it's been for months. Even my husband commented on how good my skin looks! This is now a must have for me and has been added to my facial care routine. Thank you for making such an amazing product that finally works!

My skin was dry after working outside so I dug it out to see how it worked. It is very easy to use and smells fresh. It feels soothing on the skin with no discomfort at all. It took a little while to wash away but left my skin feeling smooth and tight. The results were really good. My skin felt soft and plump and the improvement lasted over two days. This is yet another product that I intend to add to my clarins collection. After years of using clinique, I am a total convert.
